Krypli support

Krypli is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. For questions about the app or help with a test version, email support@kipachu.com.

When you contact us

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Krypli version and a short description of what happened. If you attach a screenshot, remove any private information first.

Never send your unlock pattern, recovery phrase, private photos, documents or note contents. Support does not need them.

Forgot your pattern?

Use the recovery option on the unlock screen and enter the recovery phrase you saved for that vault. Krypli support cannot retrieve or reset a lost phrase.

Moving to another iPhone

Keep an encrypted backup and its matching recovery phrase before changing phones. A recovery phrase alone cannot recreate files that are no longer available on your device or in a backup.

Cloud backup

iCloud backup is optional and requires Krypli Premium. If you need help, describe the status shown in Settings and whether your iPhone is signed in to iCloud. Do not include your Apple Account password.
